PAYMENT AND BOOKING CONDITIONS

The house is rented for a minimum of one week (Saturday to
Saturday)

- For longer rentals the price can be negotiated separately. For the period
1 October to 31 May the price is negotiable.
- The price includes: the swimming pool maintained weekly (June
through September), weekly change of the sheets and towels and the electricity.
- Not included: heat, firewood for the fire, final cleaning (€
120).
The extra charges will be calculated on the last day of your stay.
- A person is available for cleaning, washing, ironing and cooking. There is a minimum of 3 hours and you must arrange
this in advance. This will be paid at the end of your stay.

Upon request, typical Tuscan midday meals and dinners from
€20
to €26 per person (excluding wine) can be provided.
- Security deposit: due upon arrival € 550 for weekly stay. This will be reimbursed on the last day of your stay.
- Booking deposit: when you confirm your reservation, 30% of the total rent is paid.
- In case of cancellation:
* 60 days before arrival 50% will be reimbursed
* 30 days before arrival there will be no reimbursement
* The total must be paid within 30 days, the method of payment
to be agreed at the time of the reservation.
Arrival should normally be between 4 pm and 7 pm on Saturday.
Departure should always be between 8 am and 10 am Saturday.
Special arrangements must be agreed upon beforehand.
The house must be left in a "normal" state of order
and cleanliness.
