Payment
and Booking Conditions
The house is rented for a minimum of one week
The house is rented for a minimum of one week from Saturday to
Saturday,
except during April, May and October when arrival day is
flexible.
Price
Euro 1950 per week for 8 (+2) persons

for 2 (+1) persons, Price Euro 490
per week

for 6 (+1) persons, Price Euro 1490 per
week
- Booking deposit : when you decide to make a booking, a deposit equal to
30% of the full charge must be paid via banker’s order or postal order.
- Once we have received this payment, we will confirm the reservation via
e-mail or fax.
- The remainder of the sum must be paid on arrival at Casa
Sommassa.
A security deposit of Euro 200 is required upon arrival and will be returned upon departure in the absence of breakages.
The preferred arrival time is between 4 and 7 pm on Saturday, and preferred time of departure is between 8 and 10 am on Saturday. However, these times are flexible as long as you let us know in advance.
The price includes: covered car park, use of swimming pool, weekly
linen change, hot and cold water, electricity.
Not included : telephone, gas for cooking and central heating
(€4,50 per m³), firewood.
