We offer double and triple rooms for rent in a nineteen thirties town house in the picturesque Tuscan hill town of Panzano in Chianti, 30 km from Florence, Sienna and San Gimignano. The bedrooms have private bathrooms and are very cool in summer. They have access to a garden with views over the Chianti hills. Please note that these rooms are not a separate apartment.

We are located in the small hilltop town of Panzano within 200 m of the SITA bus stop. The SITA buses provide a very comfortable and scenic ride to and from Florence (1 hour - timetable).
There are several excellent restaurants within walking distance.
We welcome you with a taste of local wines and cold cuts. We also provide a map with directions to unusual and interesting places to visit that don't feature in most tourist guides, including scenic routes with streams, waterfalls and springs, ponds, woods, churches and mediaeval hamlets, together with information on local cultural events and weekly markets.
Open from March until 5 th November. Closed from November to the end of February.
